HotShotNow was very accommodating. I needed an emergency hot shot from Calgary to Fort St John. Hot shot now picked up my part from the supplier and drove all night to get the part up to us for the following morning. Communication was great, they kept me in the loop with the whole process and timing of the part arrival.

HotShotNow is hands-down the best hot shot shipping company in Calgary! Extremely easy to deal with, super responsive, and they always deliver on time—even with the tightest deadlines. My goods arrive safely every single time. I won’t trust anyone else with my hot shot needs—highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with HotShot Now and felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I first reached out, their customer service stood out. The person on the phone was polite, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed delivered and when. They explained the options clearly without rushing me, which gave me confidence that my shipment would be in good hands.

The real test, of course, was in the delivery itself. They promised to have my package picked up and dropped off the same day, and they were right on schedule. In fact, the driver arrived a few minutes early, which gave me peace of mind. It was clear they value punctuality and take their commitment to “on time” delivery seriously. In a city like Calgary, where delays can easily happen with traffic or weather, that level of reliability makes a big difference.

What I also appreciated was the professional way the driver handled things. He checked the details before leaving, secured the load properly, and kept me updated along the way. I never had to wonder where my delivery was or whether it would make it on time. That kind of communication isn’t something you always get with other companies.

HotShot Now showed me they care about both the customer and the job they do. It’s rare to find a company that combines friendly service, professional drivers, and dependable timing all in one. If you need something delivered in Calgary or around Alberta and you want it done right, this is the team I’d recommend without hesitation.

I rarely take the time to write long reviews, but my experience with Hotshot Now in Calgary was so exceptional that I feel it’s important to share. From the very first call to the final delivery, every step showed me that this company takes customer service and reliability seriously. I had an urgent shipment that needed to move across Calgary the same day, and I was worried it wouldn’t be possible. Hotshot Now proved me wrong—they made it look effortless.

The booking process was quick and straightforward. Their dispatcher answered right away, listened carefully to my requirements, and gave me a clear estimate without any hidden charges. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and reassurance I got during that initial conversation. They understood the urgency of my request and immediately offered a solution that worked perfectly for my timeline.

The driver arrived on time with a clean, well-maintained vehicle that was exactly suited for my cargo. It’s clear that Hotshot Now invests in their fleet, because the truck looked ready to handle any job, from small packages to heavy materials. My delivery involved construction equipment and parts that needed careful handling, and the driver took the time to secure everything properly before heading out. That gave me peace of mind knowing my shipment was in good hands.

Communication throughout the process was top-notch. I received real-time updates and confirmation when the delivery was complete. Having that transparency is rare in this industry, but Hotshot Now sets the standard. They didn’t just promise quick delivery—they delivered on time, exactly as they said they would. The professionalism of the driver was outstanding: polite, courteous, and clearly experienced. He even called me once everything was dropped off to make sure I was satisfied.
